Farrero Cornflakes Cluster
Hehehe.... Ni biskut o banyak sedap.. Biskut ni I rasa masa Raya 2010 kat umah kazen I. Punya la sedap.... Dengan rasa coklat dan kacang yg ranggup.. perrgghh!! Sedap o... Then I minta la resepi kat Kazen i ni.. Gjan.. (lelaki O0... ) hehehe... tapi tak awww... hahaha...
Ni resepi di ubah oleh dia sendiri.. tapi sedap la... Bha, jgn tak cuba k...
Bahan - bahan :
150gm cornflakes (saya menggunakan brand Kellogs)
50gm almond strip - bakar dahulu (saya letak 100gm)
20gm - 50gm hazelnut paste (saya letak 50gm)

200 gm milk coklat (saya menggunakan pure chocolate brand Sicao)
200 gm dark coklat (saya menggunakan pure chocolate brand Sicao)
Hiasan : White coklat - secukupnya & papercup

Cara Membuatnya :
1. Cairkan coklat dengan cara double boil.
2. Setelah coklat cair, masukkan semua bahan-bahan & kacau sebati
(note : letakkan mangkuk adunan di atas periuk nasi elektrik yang berisi air panas & biarkan switch on ~ ini adalah bagi memastikan agar adunan tidak mengeras dan mudah dimasukkan ke dalam paper cup)
3. Masukkan dalam paper cup dan hiaskan dengan coklat putih.

Easy Meat Lasagna
Bahan-bahannya :
250g San Remo instant Lasagna (first heran plak mcm mana benda ni bleh masak, rupanya pandai lembut..:P)
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
Meat Sauce
haaa... kesimpulan.. Lasagna ni senang jer nak buat klu u all tanye i... :D.. i dulu pun pening2 buat~ but berbaloi..sedap~~~
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 carrot, finely chopped
500g beef mince
5 tbsp tomato paste (puree) 2 X 400g canned tomatoes (ni me pakai tomato yg real di blend) :P
2 cups chicken stock
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of nutmeg
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp plain flour
2 cups milk
125g mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Meat Sauce
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onion, carrot and garlic, cook until soft. Add beef mince, cook until brown. Stir in tomato paste, canned tomatoes, and chicken stock. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook gentle 20 mins.

Melt butter in a separate saucepan, stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes over gentle heat. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Return to heat, stir until thick and smooth. Season with salt, pepper and add mozzarella or cheddar cheese,stirring over low heat until cheese melts.
Assembly
Preheat oven to 180ºC. Pour ½ cup of the meat sauce into lightly greased baking dish. Alternate layers of lasagna, meat and cheese sauces, ending with cheese sauce layer (allow for 4 layers). Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, bake in oven for 35 - 40 minutes or until cooked through ( test if cooked by pricking with a fork). Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Hint: For perfect lasgna, make sure that lasagna sheets are completely
covered eith the meat sauce. Important to retain a high level of
moisture.
